Return Policy

Individuals (consumers)

Under applicable law (Romanian GEO 34/2014, implementing EU Directive 2011/83), you have the right to withdraw and return the product within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving a reason.

Companies (legal entities)

Orders placed by companies are not entitled to the 14-day right of withdrawal, which is a right reserved for consumers (individuals).

Return conditions

• The cost of return shipping is borne entirely by the customer.
• The product must be returned undamaged, in good condition, complete and with all accessories. Otherwise, the refund will be cancelled.
• The refund is issued within 14 days of receiving and checking the returned product.
